The last two months of 2011 went OK for the jewellery trade according to reports, after a rather dismal October. The New Year has kicked off briskly in the first week at the sales office, showing a continuation of the uptrend. Whatever the market decides to throw at us in 2012, we intend to bring in a series of scheduled improvements in our customer service.

We’ve sped up our response times over the years, by making all our own feedstock and alloys, and by hosting the first UK off-site Assay Office. During 2012 we will be relaunching our 400 page catalogue, this time printing enough copies for two per customer, and updating the website. In addition we will be offering a mobile website to provide multiple extra points of contact, driven by a faster upload capability.

We will continue to offer you new consumer price-targeted products every few months and keep up with the latest trends.
