Website Feedback

* A number of people felt that our website search facility, recently relaunched, could be improved further.  Customers want to specify style, length and alloy all at the same time.  ACTION - This is being listed for future development.

*  One customer asked to be able to see stock availability on the Quick Order screen.  ACTION - this is now listed for future development.

Service Feedback

* Many customers said that the Free Postage scheme is a great incentive to order on-line.  ACTION - We'll keep this going up to Christmas!

* Some customers said that they felt the weekly e-shots were too frequent.  OUR REACTION - We feel it is important to keep you informed of all developments with products, the website and our service.

*  We were asked to include extender chains in our catalogue.  ACTION - The catalogue is currently being updated.  We will show adjuster chains as requested.
