There’s a big new TV screen out in front of the sales office, which shows us how many people are waiting, and who they are.  So we can handle traffic now to ensure no one’s kept hanging on too long, whereas before we had no idea how many people were trying to get through at any moment.  If someone can’t wait and breaks off, the screen logs their number and flashes the sales office staff to call them back.

We have the ability to monitor all ingoing and outgoing calls and keep things running much more smoothly. Customers seem happy and have been commenting how quickly they appear to get through to sales. This factor alone makes this investment worthwhile. Last year we installed a fibre optic connection to the factory, which made the web service faster.  We are now upgrading our servers, which will speed up our network internally, and enable us to answer your queries faster, once you’re on.   In March, traffic started overflowing our database capacity and was slowing us down a bit.  This has now been fixed, and things are back up to speed. We continually have more products on offer, notably in recent weeks gold earrings.  The faster service means we can work the new ranges into our act without any slowdown.  Good equipment makes the work of providing you and your customers’ needs more satisfying for us, and hopefully more satisfactorily for you!
