Design
Our design team thrive off the challenges you set and understand how to best utilise the facilities we have available to bring your designs to market.
Prototype
Regardless of the size of your project, we always work toward producing a sample. We find our discussions are more targeted when you see a physical representation of your design.
Manufacturing Processes
We can alter our 8 step procedure to fit your bespoke needs. With a range of different shapes and sizes and over 75 chain machines for different styles, we know we can accommodate you.
Finishing
This is key to any beautiful piece of jewellery, which is why we have a dedicated team of trained polishers to ensure your jewellery finishes looking amazing. We offer hand polishing, mechanical polishing and plating.
Hallmarking
We are one of few companies who can offer on-site hallmarking through our links with the Birmingham assay office. You can choose to apply our maker’s mark or your own personal mark.
Distribution
Our service in production is matched by our service in distribution. We can offer a range of options, including shipping directly to your customers or individually bagging and labelling items with your barcode.

If you don’t know where to begin, we can help plan your journey. Some bespoke designs can also be purely handmade with the help of our experienced bench workers.
Working from your designs
Do you have sketches of your designs? We are happy to help with any CAD and 3D printing requirements to turn your designs digital.
Manufacturing from your ready-made moulds
If you already have your masters or moulds ready for us to use, we can skip the design stage and work from the manufacturing process.
